Day one of the next "block" of training and I woke up feeling proper rotten after "celebrating" a questonable race performance on Sunday of 43:52 for a horribly hilly Sheffield 10k with too much wine and unhealthy food. Having decided hills were needed back in my training schedule I loosely planned out a three week training schedule to the next race (Draycote Water 10k) which started with a slow but hilly 10 miler.
